Even though certification is not required to use the INSIGHT Inventory, we conduct the Train-the-Trainer Certification for trainers and coaches that want more in-depth knowledge or require certification credentials for their background and resume.

The INSIGHT Inventory Train-the-Trainer program provides a unique opportunity to be trained by the author and developer, licensed psychologist Patrick Handley. Dr. Handley is an expert in personality assessment, test-item research, and curriculum development.

Because of his extensive experience attendees will receive special insights into personality measurement, the relationship of behavioral styles to field-theory, and the original development of the INSIGHT Inventory presented in his trademark thought-provoking and humorous manner.
