Discussion Activities
The discussion activities are designed to get participants talking openly about their personality strengths, seeing the best in others, and sharing how they adapt to different work situations and flex their styles. The focus of each discussion activity is different. Use them to energize your training sessions, get people talking, and create a more engaged program. They can be used in break-out groups or facilitated with the entire class if not over 15-20 individuals.
